Passengers can transfer between the North South Line and the Circle Line here without leaving the station. On the North South Line, the neighbouring stations are Ang Mo Kio to the north and Braddell to the south. On the Circle Line, the adjacent stations are Lorong Chuan in one direction and Marymount in the other. This gives commuters direct access to destinations across a broad arc of Singapore, from the north-eastern corridor to the outer ring served by the Circle Line.
