MRT Routes Between Singapore Stations: Stops, Fare and Time

Each route below gives the step-by-step directions between two MRT stations, the platform direction to look for, the number of stops and changes, the adult fare, the journey time, first and last trains and the return trip. Everything is worked out from the current network, so the pages stay right when lines change. For any other pair of stations use the fare calculator or plan on the interactive MRT map.

How to read the routes

Each step names the line, the terminus shown on the platform signs and the station where you get off. At an interchange you do not tap out; follow the signs for the next line and the whole trip counts as one fare. Times are for the train ride only and assume a short wait for the first train. Fares are the adult card fare for the distance; seniors, students and children pay less, and the fare is 50 cents lower if you tap in before 7.45am on a weekday. If you are heading for an attraction rather than a station, the how to get there by MRT guides give the exit and the walk as well.
