The station is not an interchange, but the Circle Line connects it directly to the rest of the network. Travelling one stop towards the city brings you to Promenade station, where you can change onto the Downtown Line. One stop in the other direction takes you to Stadium station, giving access to the sports precinct at Kallang. From Nicoll Highway you can also continue around the Circle Line to reach key interchanges such as Dhoby Ghaut, Bishan, and Paya Lebar.
