Passengers can transfer between the North South Line and the Thomson-East Coast Line here without leaving the station. On the North South Line, the neighbouring stations are Marsiling to the north-west and Admiralty to the south. On the Thomson-East Coast Line, the adjacent stations are Woodlands North towards the Johor-Singapore Causeway crossing and Woodlands South heading further into the island.
