Kallang is not an interchange station, so passengers needing to switch lines will have to travel to a connecting station along the East West Line. Heading west, the next stop is Lavender, and continuing further brings you into the city centre. Travelling east, the neighbouring station is Aljunied, which also sits on the East West Line.
